📌 Introduction

The backoffice is a tool designed for administrators to manage users, access, configurations, and policies within the platform. This guide aims to provide a clear reference on how to use the main functionalities of the system.


🔑 Login

How to Access?

  1. Go to the backoffice URL: https://classconnect-backoffice.vercel.app/
  2. Fill in the email and password fields.
  3. Click on the Login button, marked in red, as shown in the image.

📝 Admin Registration

How to Register a New Admin?

  1. Log in with an admin account.
  2. Click on "Register an Admin here".
  3. Fill in the form with the required information.
  4. Click on Register, as shown in the image, marked in red.

Viewing the User List

Editing Roles and Permissions

  1. For each user, the option to modify their role will be visible by clicking the dropdown button next to the course name, as seen in the image, marked in red.
  2. A confirmation option will appear for the changes made.
  3. The system will confirm that the update was successful.

Blocking and Unblocking Users

  1. From the list, each user will have a corresponding button to Block or Unblock, as seen in the image, marked in red.
  2. A confirmation option will appear for the changes made.
  3. The system will confirm that the update was successful.

📋 Rules and Policies Configuration

Creating and Modifying Rules

  1. On the homepage, there will be an "Add rules" button, as seen in the image, marked in red, to access the rules configuration.
  2. To create a new rule, fill in the form with the required information and click on the "Add rule" button, as seen in the image, marked in red.
  3. To edit an existing rule, select it from the list by clicking the "Edit" button, as seen in the image, marked in red.
  4. Fill in or modify the required fields:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Effective Date
    • Application Conditions
  5. Finally, click on the "Update rule" button, as seen in the image, marked in red.
